At some point, remind me to update the Behind The Book series and tell you all about the woes of self-publishing a revised edition that doesn’t qualify for a new ISBN. It’s been a learning experience, that’s for sure!
It’s taken longer than desired, but I can finally commit to an official launch date for the extended ‘Director’s Cut’ edition of Change of Season: April 8th, 2015! Why this specific date, you might ask? Two reasons:
- It’s Andrew’s birthday!
- It also happens to be Rex Manning Day!
My favourite movie of all time is Empire Records. Capturing a day in the life of a small-town record store, it’s a movie that is filled with music, personal struggles, romance and comedy. It’s the kind of story I enjoy telling, and it happens to be the 20th anniversary of the movie as well.
To celebrate both my beloved film and the re-release of a book that others have connected with in meaningful ways, Change of Season is free on Kindle on April 8th. I’m thrilled to share this new version of my story with you, and for those who bought the original edition, I feel it’s only right to give you the new edition at no charge.
Note: Change of Season will be exclusively available on Kindle in ebook form, for the time being. It is available for free for those with Kindle Unlimited. Prefer paperback? You can pick it up right now at Createspace or purchase from Amazon.
For those who have supported this book since 2012, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. For those just discovering the world of Autumn Brody, I’m so happy to have you here. As for book two in the series, stay tuned: a formal release date is forthcoming at the end of the month.
